At Kelly’s Crate I want to process your order quickly and efficiently so it can be delivered within 1-2 business days.  Once you submit your order it becomes my priority to get it prepared for you as soon as possible. For this reason any cancellations must be made within 12 hours of when the order was placed.


It is my guarantee that all products are carefully chosen and packaged with quality and freshness in mind. I take great pride in preparing all gifts to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If for some reason the gift does arrive damaged, please notify me within 24 hours of receipt and I will be happy to arrange for a replacement.

Exchanges and Returns

We can not accept returns on any food items due to health and safety regulations, therefore all gourmet gifts containing food are final sale. All other items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days unless marked as a final sale item at time of purchase. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser once the item has been received at my office. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We always send out our gift baskets exactly as pictured however on occasion we may have to substitute some contents due to availability or vendor packaging changes. In this case we will always substitute the product for a similar one of equal or greater value. If more than one of the contents needs to be substituted we will notify you by email or phone and let you know before we go ahead with the order.

Delivery Information

We offer local delivery in the GTA Monday – Sunday until 7:00pm

Our goal is to have your gift or item delivered within 1-2 business days and in some cases same day delivery may be available.

Please note you may choose a specific date for delivery however we may not be able to guarantee a specific time on that day.  

You will be notified by email once your order has been sent out for delivery and once it has been delivered. If there is nobody available at the address given at time of delivery the driver will leave the gift at front door or front desk if safe to do so.  

For shipments outside GTA we work with a third party company and we cannot make changes to the shipment once it has left our possession.

Please be sure you have given us the correct address and information required for the shipment when you place your order.

Shipments usually leave our office the day after order has been placed but the date of receipt will vary based on your location.

Please order ahead of time if you are ordering for a specific occasion so we can ensure your gift arrives on time.

At this time we only ship within Canada.
